PATRICK HEALY

PATRICK HEALY is a senior executive with a unique combination of risk expertise and leadership insight developed over many years working both in industry and in management consultancy, most recently as Executive Director at EY, heading the Strategic Risk Outcomes group.

He led EY’s internal risk management for UK & Ireland and was UKI Risk lead for Brexit and the FRC’s Corporate Governance Code.

He was subject matter expert for Strategic Risk, Operational Risk, Risk Appetite, Risk Reporting, Risk Maturity Assessment, Uncertainty, Culture, Governance, Reputation Risk and Resilience.

Prior to joining EY Patrick led a number of start-ups and was Chairman of Crossroads Care, leading its merger with the Princess Royal Trust for Carers to create Carers Trust, a national charity reaching over half a million carers.

His career has included senior risk management roles including Group Head of Risk Reporting for Man Group plc, where he set up the Group Risk function. He has also been Head of Risk & Compliance for Cordea Savills and has worked in other risk, audit and control roles for Morgan Stanley, Aviva and a JP Morgan JV.

He is a chartered accountant, having trained at Deloitte, and has a Law degree from University College, Dublin.

Martyn Proctor

Martyn is an experienced entrepreneur and inspiring business leader who has successfully grown a number of innovative and award-winning technology businesses.

He built the world’s leading SAP GRC (governance, risk and compliance) consultancy, ultimately selling the business to one of the Big 4 in a structured competitive acquisition process

He has considerable experience in business disruption and innovation and the practical execution of major business change.

Martyn works with our clients to help them clarify strategic vision; sharpening propositions, mitigating risks, building sound commercial models and then putting the mechanisms in place to allow pursuit of that vision with a single-minded determination.

Alexandra Filia Kelly

Alexandra is an experienced Board level director and entrepreneur. With a background in risk management and strategy, she founded, built and sold Powerchex, an employment screening agency with a staff of 60 and a multi-million turnover. Following the sale to Kroll, she ran the combined business as EMEA MD.

She has won numerous awards, both for herself, including Business Person of the Year, StartUp Stars National Award, and for her businesses, including Service Business of the Year and Business of the Year.

Peter Crow

Peter Crow is an experienced director, speaker and author working in service of boards committed to the ideals of high firm performance and sustainable value creation.

He is an acknowledged expert in corporate governance, effective board practice and strategy. He advises boards and directors internationally, and is regularly invited to speak at conferences and other events, present director development courses and share research findings.

As well as his practical experience as a director, Peter holds a doctorate in corporate governance and strategy

Jon Hughes

Jon is an accomplished Chief Risk Officer, with over twenty years in senior risk roles at Goldman Sachs, latterly as Deputy Global Head of Operational Risk Management.

An accountant by training, he has had extensive experience in the design, establishment and operation of risk management functions and systems. He has worked across the financial services spectrum, including periods as CRO for reinsurance, fund management and brokerage businesses. He has also led market risk and risk capital functions within Goldman Sachs.

His governance experience includes chairing risk and transaction approval committees and has been a trustee of the Goldman Sachs UK Pension Plan
